Usage and application:

Stone washer ,also called stone washing machine is mainly used to remove impurities (such as dust) of sand products. Because it is mostly washed with water, it is called stone washing machine. It is widely used in the desliming and screening operations of a large amount of sand and gravel used in construction sites, sand and gravel plants, prefabrication plants and hydropower sites; it can also be used in ore sorting operations.

Working principle:

The aggregate containing mud and stone powder is fed in from the feed port and enters the rotating drum. The wear-resistant rubber lining board with a certain angle installed in the cleaning drum is continuously lifted and dropped, moving from the feeding end to the discharging end. During the process, it circulates many times and is rinsed and washed by forward or reverse washing water. The cleaned aggregate is sieved and dewatered by the discharge end cylinder screen and then discharged. The wastewater containing sludge flows out through the perforated baffle at the discharge or feed end.
