magnesite rotary kiln

Usage and applicatioin :

Magnesite ore is mainly used for calcining light-burned magnesia, sintered magnesia, fused magnesia and other refractory materials. At present, light-burned magnesite is mainly used in rotary kiln equipment.

Working principle:

The magnesite is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the magnesite rolls along the circumference while moving axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). Movement; fuel is injected into the kiln from the head of the kiln through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the magnesite in various ways such as radiation, convection, conduction, etc. The magnesite is preheated, decomposed, and fired in the kiln. , Calcined into calcined white, and then discharged from the kiln head device.

Features:

Good product quality and high output

Stable production operation and high safety

The rotary kiln has simple structure and strong controllability, which is conducive to operation and maintenance

It has high raw material utilization rate, uniform quality, good quality and large capacity.
